(Junior) Professional DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and managing runtime infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), covering basics like networking, databases, and proxies for both cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-prem setups
• Contribute to building secure, stable, and scalable systems, following network and security best practices—with support and guidance from senior teammates
• Help implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools so teams understand and support their applications easily
• Support development teams with CI/CD processes—build pipelines, testing, packaging, and deployment workflows
• Spot repetitive tasks and help automate them, promoting self-service and operational efficiency across the team

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree in IT or comparable experience.
• Hands-on experience with a public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code—especially Terraform is a major plus
• Basic containerization knowledge (Docker) and exposure to Kubernetes/other orchestration platforms
• Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments
• Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls) and an understanding of high-availability concepts
• Exposure to Git/GitOps workflows—tools like ArgoCD are a bonus
• Interest in security best practices and an eagerness to learn how to apply them
• Problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow through collaboration
