We are convinced, that central banks will introduce a so-called Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) like the digital Euro within the next five years. This will create a whole ecosystem of products and services that fit perfectly with Giesecke+Devrient's product portfolio.

 

The CBDC ecosystem ranges from banking applications to mobile apps and down to small embedded devices, dealing with terabytes of data, high availability, high security and millions of customers.

 

For this, we have set-up a team as an independent start-up within G+D advance52 GmbH that has a clear mission for growth and to create a substantial product business.

 

For our sales and business development team, we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager CBDC (m/f/d) that closely collaborates with our central bank clients and global sales teams. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible project manager for any incoming RFPs/RFIs related to Central Bank Digital Currency

  • Drives the overall success of our bid and proposal management by ensuring efficient processes, superb response quality and customer centricity

  • Creates content for bids and proposals following a strategic approach

  • Ensures a meaningful collaboration between all stakeholders, including tech, product, professional services, sales and legal

  • Establishment of an efficient knowledge-management and creation of relevant templates

  • Constantly works on improving both the quality and efficiency of bids and proposals

  • Integral part of the sales team in managing leads and proposals

  • Supporting the marketing team in creating thought leadership articles and CBDC content

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience in managing complex RFPs and RFIs, knowledge of Central Bank processes a plus

  • Well-organized and structured way of work with a service-oriented mind-set

  • Confident to manage interdisciplinary teams of all hierarchy-levels, following up on action items

  • Detail-oriented with a pro-active and driven attitude

  • Ability to write content that is targeted towards specific stakeholder groups

  • Communicates effectively both with external stakeholders and the internal teams

  • Native English speaker with strong writing skills

  • Excellent French or Spanish writing skills

  • Knowledge in payments and Central Bank Digital Currency a plus
