We are looking for a talented and dedicated Corporate Strategy Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about shaping the future direction of the G+D Group. The ideal candidate will play a central role in driving our strategy for growth and operational excellence. Your tasks:

  • You will support the further development of the G+D Group's portfolio across all market segments

  • You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and follow-up of strategic projects

  • Working hand in hand with our divisions, you will evaluate relevant trends and business models and assess their impact on the company's portfolio

  • You will be responsible for preparing the content and organising strategy workshops

  • You will be responsible for the annual strategy planning process and develop the future strategy of the G+D Group together with the divisional teams and central functions

 

Your profile:

  • You have a degree with a business and/or technical specialisation

  • You have relevant project experience in a strategic or commercial environment with well-known consultancies, banks or international industrial companies

  • You have a basic knowledge of project management and first experience in international matrix organisations

  • You have a sound financial acumen and enjoy working with data to make fact-based decisions

  • You enjoy solving problems and are enthusiastic about shaping the future of the G+D Group

  • You communicate clearly and purposefully and enjoy standing up for your ideas and proposals, whether at top management level or in operational project work

  • You are a real team player and know how to inspire others with your ideas without having to work through hierarchical structures

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
