Global Manager Recruiting Process & Systems (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Global Manager Recruiting Process & Systems (m/f/d) to lead and evolve our recruiting process and technology worldwide. This is a strategic role within our People+ division, working at the intersection of HR, IT, and innovation. You will drive the global design, performance, and future development of our recruiting platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Managing, optimizing, and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
- Partnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
- Planning and leading system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
- Designing and implementing a global recruiting process, incl. reporting and KPIs
- Identifying and introducing innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruiting
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
- Proven track record in recruiting process and system optimization on a global scale
- Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting,
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for further digital tools, and application of AI in Recruiting
- Experience in international project management
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
- Solid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and audit requirements in an international context
- Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across cultures, and a high level of independence
