Group Services (GS) is the strategic platform for G+D's internal, non-differentiating services. The legal unit in Germany with an international orientation of the management organisation provides and develops overarching tasks such as IT services, process management and business services in a standardised and efficient manner for the G+D Group.

 

Within the area of Global Process Excellence, we are looking for a Head of Global Process Excellence - Customer Demand Management Processes (m/f/d):

 

Your tasks/responsibilities:

  • You lead within Group Services the process management department for Customer Demand Management processes
  • You lead a team of appr. 15 Business Process Leads/Business Process Experts
  • You balance business requirements, company process standardization needs and business value
  • You ensure / enhance lean process management and benchmark our processes with best in class.
  • You align with Senior Executive Stakeholders (up to C-level) to ensure business alignment and optimization of business value
  • In collaboration with your business counterparts, you create business roadmaps which are translated into process and connected IT deployments
  • You act as a catalyst between business, IT and process organization
  • You drive and support the digitization roadmap of G+D
  • You support/develop and drive your team during the G+D Group Services agile transformation and act as a role model and coach
  • Together with your team you create an environment for creative, cost-efficient and business outcome driven solutions
  • You develop your team towards a proactive and delivery oriented working mode

 

Your profile:

  • 10 years of professional industry experience in the field of Customer Demand Management (including relevant process and IT background)
  • 5 years experience in a globally acting company in a leading role
  • Proven track record in leading and transforming teams (agile transformation, internationalization of activities, change management)
  • Expertise in state-of-the-art Customer Demand Management processes (incl. their implementation in Salesforce/SAP)
  • Intercultural competence and capability to quickly establish solid collaboration networks with your business and IT counterparts
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • High affinity for communication and interaction with diverse matrix and disciplinary functions
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Independent and creative attitude
  • Moderation of global and regional workshops
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite, German is appreciated
  • Readiness for international travel
