Intern (m/f/d) Corporate Performance Management

Join our 4-person team for 4-6 months at our site in Munich and dive into engaging topics from day one. You'll collaborate across divisions, work on high-impact projects and gain hands-on experience. 

Your Tasks: 

• Develop and refine performance management concepts and implementation plans on current topics
• Create presentations for new or ongoing projects, top-management reviews and stakeholder updates
• Actively contribute to improving operational performance and efficiency across the organization
• Support transformation programs designed to boost G+D's competitiveness
• Leverage state-of-the-art tools to automate, enhance and optimize processes
• Collaborate closely with all divisions and corporate functions including controlling, finance, operations and strategy
• Take initiative on diverse ad-hoc tasks and special projects within our team
  

Your qualifications:

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related fields
• Genuine interest in operational excellence, strategic performance optimization, financial improvement programs
• Curious and solution-oriented – if you don't know something, you're excited to learn it
• Comfortable taking initiative and driving your own (sub-)projects
• Enjoy collaborating across teams and cultures
• Confident with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• German language skills are a plus
• Experience with AI tools or automation? Great plus
