To support our global HR IT implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, we are looking for an intern who has gained first experiences in the area of HR and has a strong interest in IT and SaaS Solutions. This role is ideally suitable for someone who is passionate about contributing to the future of Human Resources and enjoys working hands on by building up a global SaaS solution for HR.

 

The position can be 100% remote in Germany.  

 

Onsite days will be planned with the program lead.

 

For this project Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) is looking for an Intern HR IT (m/f/d).

 

Your activities:

 

  • Support in overall project tasks (60%)
    • You keep track of the projects and deliverables and prepare material accordingly, your main tasks evolve around the rollout of the solution to China
    • You gather and update already established presentations and other information material for our Chinese office and distribute accordingly
    • You handle requests/questions for administrative matters and support in workshops
    • You take an active part in the creation of global communication material

 

  • Support in HR IT tasks (40%)
    • You will independently carry out configuration tasks and testing in the system

 

What we look for:

 

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student with affinity and interest for HR and technologies
  • Practical HR experience and first experience in project management are required,  
    experience with HR SaaS Solutions (SAP SuccessFactors or similar) would be an asset  
    but not a must-have
  • Profound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured work approach and confident in working remote in a global environment
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written), German would be an asset but not a must criteria
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
