We are looking for a Manager Global Talent & Performance Management (m/w/d) for our People+ division in Munich with immediate effect.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Conceptual project work within the global Talent Development Team
  • Further development and redesign of a global end-to-end Talent & Performance Management process, incl. succession planning
  • Rollout of the Talent & Performance Management process to G+D countries, incl. their enablement
  • Design lead and responsibility for Talent & Performance processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including their continuous improvement in collaboration with IT
  • Consulting and support for the global Talent & Performance Management process
  • Close collaboration with G+D countries and business units

 

Your Profile: 

  • Degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology or similar
  • Several years of experience in talent and performance management, as well as in managing global projects in this context
  • Proven end-to-end experience in the implementation and further development of global talent processes in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Results-driven approach to work and excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and English language skills
