Platform Architect ServiceNow (m/f/d)

For our department Integrated Customer Services we are looking for a Platform Architect ServiceNow (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Your overall responsibility is the architectural design of the global ServiceNow platform
- The globally deployed ServiceNow platform at G+D is a strategic pillar for all IT services and you will take the comprehensive and independent architectural responsibility
- You are a key player for global ServiceNow projects by consulting and supporting the business in planning, technical process design, evaluation, and implementation of new ServiceNow platform services
- Your high motivation towards keeping the platform architecture straight to best practice and out of the box reference architecture assures a stable operation and a high availability of the platform services
- As the complete and compliant documentation is one of our crucial requirements, we trust you in keeping the technical platform documentation on a high level of quality and valuable content
- The self-motivated evaluation of new technological developments regarding the ServiceNow platform drives you and delivers us the head start for new projects
- Standing still is regression but you push the platform forward by regular reviews of the installed base components and processes as CSI initiatives
- No one is an island, so you are professionally leading and coaching internal and external service providers and technical consultants
- Do good and let others know about it is your strategy by regularly informing stakeholders about the status of central projects, roadmaps, and innovations in the G+D ServiceNow environment
- And as marketing is one of your strengths you are always developing, maintaining, and updating communication channels regarding platform services with all stakeholders
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical degree or degree in business informatics
- At least five years of experience in ServiceNow and ServiceNow architectural design
- Outstanding knowledge on the CORE technology including data architecture, database design, technical configuration and overall implementation
- Deep procedural/functional and technical understanding of the CMDB and the CSDM
- Very good knowledge about and experience in the ServiceNow applications resp. functions ITSM, ITOM, SPM and Request Management
- Good knowledge and experience in the ServiceNow applications resp. functions ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC and Now Assist technology as well as interface design
- Understanding process design and documentation as basis for daily work
- Intercultural experience, specially with India
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Interest in new and innovative solution approaches
- Friendly, communicative, and team-oriented demeanor
- Experience and confidence in public speaking situations
- Willingness to travel as required
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
