We are convinced, that central banks across the world will introduce a so-called Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) like the digital Euro within the next five years.

This will create a whole ecosystem of products and services that fit perfectly with Giesecke+Devrient's existing product portfolio.

The CBDC ecosystem ranges from banking applications to mobile apps and down to small embedded devices.

The solutions involved in such an ecosystem will deal with terabytes of data, high availability, high performance, high security and millions of customers.

Our mission is to create and grow a new set of products and solutions that will enable all participants to benefit from the upcoming e-Money revolution.

 

For the development of CBDC products and solutions together with central banks, we are looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach (m/f/d) who will manage all agile related activities across many multi-disciplinary teams working with state of the art technologies in different domains.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate team collaboration and foster an agile culture in a team of teams context
  • Own all agile ceremonies and processes and ensure their continuous improvements to optimize results
  • Facilitate team events such as planning and retrospectives and large cross team events such as program increment planning, reviews
  • Work closely with product management in topics such as backlog management, requirements definition and stakeholder collaboration
  • Setup and maintain a proper agile release train
  • Coach and mentor colleagues new to the agile context and continuously improve the existing agile mindset

 

About you:

  • You have at least 4-5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or equivalent in a multi-team environment
  • You are a strong communicator and moderator, you demonstrate empathy, conflict management and organizational skills
  • You have experience working with remote/distributed teams
  • You have experience in running multi-team workshops in both offline and online contexts
  • You have a good understanding of SDLC
  • You are a proficient user of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  •  Advantage: You have experience in the Role of a Release Train Engineer
