Scope and Purpose:

  • Translate customer contracts into SAP, break down the scope to WBS elements and raise demands via network activities

  • Categorize the contract scope into the product groups and request to the SAP Team all the relevant Material number creation required if not existing based on the Material Technical data.

  • Allocate the revenue from contracts / project contract calculations to the product groups

  • Interact between the CPM and CoPM and prepare OFC/PCC (standard offer templates in SAP) through all sales phases

Key Tasks: 

  • Creation of complex projects on SAP

  • Template creation for new projects

  • Maintenance of plan costs and network activities

  • Coordination with relevant department internally

  • Creation of packings lists and delivery documents for the logistical process

  • Cleaning and closing of projects after warranty phase

  • Prepare project reporting based on SAP (actual-plan deviations)

  • Execution of special processes like SAP testing or/and test material

Job Requirements:

  • Deep SAP skills

  • Basic know-how of export control regulations

  • Analytical skills

  • High level of communication in cross functional and international teams

  • Understanding of controlling requests

  • Excellent level of details 

  • English fluent (and any other language welcome)
