Global IT Delivery Manager for APAC & EMEA

 

Role Overview

 

This position acts as the Global IT Delivery Manager within our federated IT operating model, bridging Central IT and Local IT organizations. The role ensures efficient rollout of standardized platforms/tools in APAC & EMEA regions, while addressing business needs.

In addition, he acts as International Demand Manager as well as technical interface between Local sites and Central IT. The role ensures alignment with global standards, supports governance implementation, and consolidates regional business demands.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead technical execution and delivery of IT services across APAC and EMEA regions
  • Coordinate regional rollout and adoption of global platforms/tools/services
  • Act as primary technical escalation point for APAC and EMEA sites
  • Ensure compliance with global IT standards, architecture, and security requirements
  • Drives IT vulnerability mitigation initiatives within regions
  • Consolidate and prioritize regional business demands
  • Support governance implementation and regional objectives
  • Collaborate with Central IT, Local IT, CFOs and MDs
  • Monitor and report on regional KPIs, platform adoption, and exceptions
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the region
  • Mentor and develop regional IT talent
  • Steer global Communities and task forces

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Certifications in audit, compliance, and governance frameworks preferred

 

Mandatory Skills

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT leadership, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Expertise in bring different teams together, collaborate and conclude IT topics
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, platforms, and cybersecurity
  • Proven experience in managing globally distributed teams and complex projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages a plus

 

Overall Experience:

 

  • 12+ years , with 5 years in leadership roles.

  • 3 days/week
