IT Specialist - IAM
Objective Of This Role:
As Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist, you build and support the global authentication landscape, based on on-premise and cloud services.
As an IT Specialist for Authentication & Authorization Services, you are part of the global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at G+D. Your focus lies on providing stable build, support and maintenance of Access Management solutions which provide secure and reliable authentication mechanisms for applications and infrastructure components.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD and LDAP Directories e.g. Active Directory, OpenLDAP.
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Azure AD Components like Multi Factor Authentication, SSO using SAML & OAuth/OIDC, Azure App Proxy, Conditional Access and App Registration.
- Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration.
- Act on/take appropriate action as a result of any SIEM events.
- Update support and operational documentation as required.
- Experience dealing with Global customers/Users.
- Must be OK with work in 16*5 work environment and On-call as and when required.
Education & Trainings + Certifications:

Bachelor degree (Preferably engineering graduate)

Certification in Microsoft Azure is a plus.

(optional) ITIL Foundation
Technical know how:
-
Hands-on experience with single sign-on architectures (Cookie-based, Kerberos-based).

Familiarity with multi-factor authentication solutions using Azure and/or third party MFA vendors.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS & Domain Name System (DNS).

Hands-on experience with Azure AD Components for access management for example Enterprise Applications, App proxy, App registration and conditional access.

Basic understanding of other common infrastructure component aka Networking, Proxy, Virtualization and PKI.

Basic to moderate experience on PowerShell OR python scripting.

Familiar with ITIL process aka Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration.
