  • 10~12  yrs experience in strategic sourcing/purchasing :   Turnkey Project related purchasing of systems, components, spare parts and services with a worldwide supplier base for worldwide customer projects .

  • Worked in 2-3 Mid-large size Green filed Turnkey projects related to ware house automation  till final execution .

  • Bachelor in Electronics Engineering /mechanical engineering

  • Must have minimum 6~8 yrs experience in complete solution related to ASRS, Conveyors, AGVs, RGVs, AMRs , shuttle system , automation software , Robotics ,Industrial automation products etc..

  • Sound technical understanding about above commodities  

·       Good project management experience and skills

  • Preferably  from ware house automation company or related industries dealing with ware house automation 

  • Experience in Claim Management

  • Base location – Must be NCR , preferably Gurgaon

  • Selection, evaluation and development of a competitive supplier base in terms of overall costs, quality and security of Supply

  • Knowledge on complete P2P process – RFQ to Po release to material receipt to invoice processing to Payment monitoring to vendor ,  vendor management , SAP knowledge

  • Knowledge on both local and Import purchasing ,  Taxes , duties etc

  • Creation and negotiation of supplier contracts (work and service contracts) in coordination with  corporate guideline

  • Diversified supplier base locally and globally .

  • strong ability to maintain cost and delivery , Strong negotiation skills .

  • Good and transparent communication skills . nice to have – Can speak Chinese
