Key Responsibilities

 

Design & Development

  • Architect and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs),Visual Force Pages, flows, and integrations, Test classes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.
  • Ensure best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and reusability.

Systems Management & Governance

  • Maintain platform health, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Oversee code reviews, testing, version control, and DevOps pipelines.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Advanced understanding of CPQ data models, quoting flows, product rules, pricing methods, and approval processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical design efforts and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Strong process orientation with experience mapping, optimizing, and automating sales workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ (optional Revenue Cloud)
  • Background working in Agile environments.
  • Strong process skills and the ability to translate business requirements into valuable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and team-player skills

  • Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud (optional Revenue Cloud), Salesforce CPQ
  • Programming: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VF Pages, JavaScript
  • UI & Frameworks: HTML, CSS, SLDS
  • Integration: REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Web Services, OAuth, Middleware tools
  • Data & Automation: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Batch Apex, schedulers
  • DevOps: CI/CD, Azure (or similar tools)
  • Reporting: Reports, Dashboards, Analytics
  • Tools: VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader

Certification(optional)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Administrator
