As MS Dynamics developer:
Person will support with design of individual customer requirements with MS Dynamics 365 CRM. He/She will consult and implement solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service. He/She manages the team to ensure that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Analysis of the customer's business needs
- Quality assurance of the technical and functional design
- Support with design of individual customer requirements with MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- Supervision of the preparations for the live start and contact person for queries
- Contact person for customers for all MS Dynamics 365 CRM relevant topics
- As needed, serve as leader and/or member of project teams
Education and Certificates
- Graduate/PG with Computer science or equivalent
- MS Dynamics certificate
- Power Apps certificate
Technical know how
- Several years of professional experience with MS Dynamics CRM on cloud
- Consultancy skills (D365 Customer Service & D365 Field Services)
- Customizing and configuration know-how with PowerApps and Power Automation
- Working experience in Azure DevOps
- Experience with on-premise and online solutions, SharePoint and Office 365
Soft Skills
- Must have good analytical and communication skills for cross team collaboration
- Team spirit and an efficient and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to “think out of the box”
- Intercultural experience, especially Germany
- Willingness to travel

- Relevant : 5-7 Years
