Your expertise while you work:

  • Develop Constructive Solution for the product within the framework of specified Concept.

  • Work on design solutions, Convert  Ideas into Design, Implement the innovative mechanism into the product, Ability to work on technology projects, Develop Prototype & Proof of Concepts.

  • Design, develop, modify and verify components, modules and sub-systems for currency processing machines ,Automation System.

  • Basic Knowledge of PLC, SCARA & Articulated Robot.

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing process like  Machining, Sheet metal, Plastic etc.

  • Good knowledge of Geometric dimensioning, tolerances stack up analysis, DFM, DFMEA

  • Good Exposure to create 3D Cad Model, Drawings as per ISO GPS, Different Quality Std and their measurement process, Practice to follow the ISO std.

  • Follow & Manage the Development of Basic engineering with the design Team

  • Ability to performed the Basic Design Calculation like Force, Moment of Inertia, Spring Stiffness, RPM & Linear Speed, Gear Ratio Etc.

  • Work with Systems engineering on electro-mechanical software integrated systems

  • Collaboration to other stakeholders (Internal & External) for the smooth execution of the project.

  • Ability to performed the  Bench Marking Testing for  POC & Final Product

  • Collaboration  with the external partner while developing the New Product.

  • Identify Analyze correct complex product design issues using independent judgment.

  • Be proficient with and mentor others in usage of industry standards, including design requirements and test strategies per applicable regulations.

Essential:

  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 5- 8 Years of experience with strong technical ability to develop and optimize designs for mechanical / electro-mechanical assemblies

  • Relevant experience in Automation, Technology Project , R&D , System design (Mechanical/Electronics/Software)

  • Complete understanding of NPD(PLM/Toll Gate), Technology Development  phase

  • Strong technical ability in creating engineering drawings and CAD using Different tools like (Creo/SolidWorks/UG NX) models, applying GD&T and CAE tools

  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing Measurement processes of (Sheetmetal/plastics/casting/machining etc.) for product design.

  • Good in technical communication and ability to Solve the technical Challenges
