Responsibilities : 

  • Handle payroll and related social insurance and personal salary tax
  • Check and maintain all employee administration and maintain HR database including personnel records and managed HR documents. Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • To proceed, verify, and administer benefits programs and documents, including the insurance claim and reimbursement for all employees in order to ensure benefits administration is run properly and effectively;
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Ensures smooth office administration; maintains proper filing and record
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management;
  • To prepare and handle regular announcements related to employment and HR programs, including hands-on in employee event arrangement
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements and skills :

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Admin/HR Generalist.
  • Familiar with the Indonesian labor law related to manpower policy in Indonesia.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work well individually or with a team.
  • Strong Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, in particular)
  • Experience handling BPJS
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical & problem solving
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field
