Software Integration Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for successfully implementing and completing projects such as the implementation of Vault Management, Warehouse Management and/or production software with additional development requests from our clients within the agreed schedules, budgets and quality criteria. The project horizon is usually between 3 and 36 months
• You contribute your knowledge to project budget calculations and presentations for our customers in the pre-sales phase
• Within quotation processes, you analyze the implementation strategy and its effects
• Within projects, you write the requirements and work very closely with the development team and carry out acceptance tests
• You carry out projects with significant dependencies on third-party providers and stakeholder management, and coordinate delivery time frames and tests
• You monitor the SW integration dependencies of all our Big Rock projects in all project phases

Your profile:

• You have a technical or commercial degree or comparable training
• You have several years of experience in managing customer projects in the software or automation environment; preferably in the cash industry or a similar environment
• You have proven experience with file transfer mechanisms, new integration platforms/APIs and knowledge of porting or migrating legacy integration footprints to modern integration landscapes
• You are characterized by your very structured way of working, a high level of analytical skills as well as a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• You are used to communicating and presenting with stakeholders at all levels of the hierarchy
• You confidently apply the latest project management methods in your work
• Your courteous and professional demeanor and your ability to work in a team round off your profile
• Due to our international customer base, you are willing to travel worldwide
• You are fluent in spoken and written English; good German skills are desirable
