As AI Implementation Expert (m/f/d) you personally drive, execute, and operationalize AI‑enabled transformation initiatives together with colleagues from departments across G+D Currency Technology. Your focus is on hands‑on delivery: identifying concrete AI opportunities, validating feasibility, coordinating execution, and ensuring that AI solutions successfully transform day‑to‑day business operations.

You bring strong AI, business, and process expertise, and you work closely with the AI Lead, divisional representatives, and cross‑functional partners to turn ideas into measurable results. This role requires a pragmatic, execution‑focused mindset combined with strong communication and leadership skills.

In your role you will report to the Currency Technology AI Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases by analyzing business processes end‑to‑end to uncover concrete transformation opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and divisional objectives
  • Drive end‑to‑end execution of AI initiatives from initial scoping and data validation to rollout and impact measurement
  • Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements, working directly with domain experts and technical teams
  • Actively manage project delivery: clarify scope, ensure data availability, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned
  • Create and maintain business cases, KPIs, and value tracking, ensuring measurable and transparent results
  • Work hands‑on with IT, data, and architecture teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes
  • Execute change management activities including training, documentation, and communication to support adoption
  • Develop and maintain AI standards, guidelines, and processes that enable responsible and scalable AI deployment
  • Monitor industry trends and evaluate emerging AI technologies to continuously improve the company’s AI transformation roadmap

Your Profile:

  • University degree (e.g., Master’s degree, MBA, PhD) in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
  • Proven years of relevant professional experience in digital, data, or AI‑driven transformation roles
  • Strong capabilities in process analysis, process optimization, and value realization
  • Experience defining and delivering AI initiatives within corporate organizations
  • Experience with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and AI use case development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive consensus in a complex environment
  • Experience in driving adoption of new digital or AI solutions
  • Business‑fluent language skills in English; German is a strong plus
