Compliance Manager (m/w/d)
For our department Compliance, Sales Partner and Trade Affairs we are looking for an (Junior) Compliance Manager (m/f/d):
Your Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring & Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures, particularly in relation to sales partners and trade activities
- Risk Assessment: Support regular risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing sales partners
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, trainings, and investigations. Prepare regular compliance reports for management
- Regulatory Research: Monitor and research relevant regulatory developments, including trade regulations, anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, and industry standards
- Training & Awareness: Support the design and delivery of compliance training sessions and awareness programs for internal teams and external sales partners
- Incident Management: Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents, and support the implementation of remedial actions
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Trade Affairs, and other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices and resolve compliance-related queries
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing compliance processes and systems
Your Profil:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Initial experience (internship, student role, or 1-2 years professional experience) in compliance, risk management, legal, or trade affairs is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- High level of integrity and reliability
- High command of German and good command of English; other languages are a plus
