Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

In the Netherlands we are looking for a Field Service Engineer covering the Area Europe and LATAM to join our team.

The Field Service Engineer drives all his service trip related tasks from the administrative preparation of the business trip, collecting all necessary information for the order, installation / corrective or preventive maintenance and wrap up like reporting and travel expenses for the assigned business trip.

The Field Service Engineer ensures the performance of profitable service trip and a very high level of service delivery.

The role also requires a close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks:

• Independent installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of banknote inspection and packaging systems at our customers in Benelux, mostly in Netherlands – travel rate up to 90%
• Execution of site inspections before installation
• Supervision and documentation of acceptance tests onsite
• Error analysis and diagnosis as well as implementation of troubleshooting measures
• Installation and use of systems for remote diagnostic and maintenance
• Documentation of all service activities

           Instruction and training of customers

Your profile:

• Graduated as technician of electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, automation technology or information technology
• Very high willingness to travel
• Solid understanding of end to end service delivery
• Very high motivation and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and result orientated work
• Strong interpersonal capabilities
• Strong service orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Professional language skills of Dutch and English
• Further language skills are of advantage
