You will shape our global resilience with a focus on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Travel Risk Management (TRM). In our networked, decentralized security organization, you work autonomously and cross-functionally—supported by colleagues from cyber, physical, personnel, and process security.
Your tasks:
- Develop and run BCM: governance, BIA, recovery objectives (RTO/RPO), incident and recovery plans, exercises and tests
- Set up and manage TRM (Duty of Care/ISO 31030): policies, risk assessments, approvals, traveler support, tracking/assistance, training, and emergency processes
- Incident and crisis management: define escalation paths, coordinate events, embed lessons learned
- Stakeholder management: HR, Travel/TMC, Legal, HSE, Operations, IT/InfoSec—align globally and roll out
- Vendor and tool management: select and manage assistance, intelligence, and travel partners; KPIs and contracts
- Reporting and awareness: dashboards, management updates, training, and continuous improvement
- Additional areas: supply chain security and security risk management
Your profile:
- Relevant university degree (e.g., security management, business administration, engineering/IT) or equivalent competencies gained through professional experience or work in a security authority
- Relevant experience in BCM and/or TRM (design, implementation, or operations)—this is your core
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; independent, solution-oriented working style; confident in stakeholder and project management
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 22301/31030) is an advantage; we are happy to support your onboarding
- Nice to have: experience in supply chain security or security risk management; certifications (e.g., CBCI, CBCP, ISO 31030)
- Very good command of English; German is a plus; occasional international travel
- Happy to be in office (office presence >50%)
Your benefits:
- You have considerable flexibility in choosing your working hours and can work both remotely and on site
- We support your individual development with regular, mutual and appreciative feedback, and we also learn from you
- You receive performance-based remuneration and an employer-funded company pension scheme
- You benefit from a healthy work-life balance, attractive family benefits and a diverse company health management programme
