Security Manager Operational Security & Governance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Designation as Air Cargo Security Officer: Overseeing all security measures under the Known Consignor regulations, including implementing access controls,
• conducting staff training, and preparing the site for official aviation authority audits.
• Set up and manage TRM (Duty of Care/ISO 31030): policies, risk assessments, approvals, traveler support, tracking/assistance, training, and emergency processes
• Plan and conduct internal security inspections of subsidiaries; track findings, remediation and continuous improvement of security processes / process security
• Oversee and regulate transport security for high‑value shipments in cooperation with the Logistics department
• Monitor test money management in Munich (>€10m): chain‑of‑custody, audit readiness, anomaly detection and corrective actions
• Review tenders and customer contracts (CTBN) for security requirements; define pragmatic controls and supplier assurance
• Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies: Authoring procedural instructions for the above mentioned topics
   

Your Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree (e.g., security management, criminology, business, engineering/ IT) or equivalent competencies gained through professional experience or work in a security authority
• Experience in corporate security, law enforcement or intelligence
• Enjoyment in structuring, optimizing, and documenting processes
• Strong technical and organizational knowledge in the areas of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and security management systems
  Knowledge of fire safety is a plus
• Very good command of German and English
• Occasional international travel
• Happy to be in office (office presence >60%)
