Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and network activities in SAP in accordance with approved costing sheets for customer project sales order.
  2. Be responsible for project cost and margin tracking to ensure timely and accurate adjustment as aligned with project stakeholders per latest project status.
  3. Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process for project business in SAP with accuracy and efficiency including quotation creation, sales orders, delivery notes and invoice issuance.
  4. Maintain billing plan and closely monitor project status to ensure timely invoicing for project-based business. Provide comprehensive support for all billing-related activities.
  5. Coordinate with project stakeholders to prepare and submit required sales and delivery documentation to customers in line with project requirements.
  6. Support purchase order creation against approved purchase requisitions from project networks. Liaise with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgment and delivery schedule in alignment with project timeline.
  7. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team to ensure delivery-related documentation (e.g., supplier manifests, packing lists, labels and shipping invoices) and pickup date accurately prepared and shared for shipment release
  8. Manage timely inbound and outbound booking in SAP to ensure smooth material flow.
  9. Maintain and organize documents properly recorded in Global Project Share (GPS) as well as local filing system for audit and global governance purposes.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in order management, project management, purchasing or supply chain operations.
  3. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP (OTC, PTP and PltP modules) and Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong team player, self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, proactive and independent to work in multinational environment is must
  5. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is an advantage.
  7. Firm grasp of project order management and supply chain principles with a strong focus on business compliance.
  8. Commercial project management knowledge and background is preferred.
