Sales Account Manager
Scope and Purpose:
- As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and act as a strategic partner to help clients achieve their goals.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of G+D CT’s products, services, and solutions to effectively promote and position them to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, partners, and distributors to assess their satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose tailored solutions to address their evolving needs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, presenting additional value propositions and negotiating contracts or agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to provide insights and recommendations for strategic account planning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of G+D CT’s offerings.
- Manage contracts with partners and distributors in compliance to G+D CT FZE and G+D CT KSA internal guidelines, includes setting targets for distributors; monitoring and evaluating distributor performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the technology or security industry.
- Strong track record of managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Exceptional customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and propose innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
