Security Control Room Operator KSA
Responsibilities:
-
Operate all safety and security systems in the control room (e.g. video system, access control system, intrusion detection system, telephone, intercom)

Report, manage and escalate alarms and incidents according to established SOPs
-
Live monitoring of video and access control system
-
Operate dedicated gates and doors according to established SOPs
-
Inform and coordinate dispatched responders
-
Identify and recommend changes to improve our security operations
-
Any other duty as directed by the Security Manager
Profile:
-
Secondary school education (12 yrs) followed by formal security training (preferably the successful participations in these trainings are demonstrated via certificates)
-
Minimum 2 years of related security experience in an industrial environment as a control room operator
-
Advanced military or law enforcement training a plus
-
Experience in operating an integrated security system

Ability to write reports using standard office programs

Excellent knowledge of emergency handling protocols and procedures

Good English skills a plus
-
A current Certificate of Good Conduct with no entries

Able to work in shifts (Day/Night)
