Senior Finance & Administration Officer (Temporary)

Role Summary
This role provides essential support across finance operations, administration, and office coordination. The maternity cover will help maintain smooth daily operations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support various corporate functions including procurement, sales administration, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Support
- Assist AP/AR processing and review entries prepared by outsourced accounting team.
- Support invoice issuance, bank balance checks, and accounts receivable follow‑up.
- Process internal expense claims and ensure accurate SAP entries.
Sales & Contract Administration
- Prepare and update service/sales contracts and documentation.
- Support tender submissions, credit checks, and audit requirements.
- Issue sales invoices and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Office & Facilities Management
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, repairs, and security access.
- Oversee visitor logs, server room access records, and facility compliance.
- Coordinate office maintenance and general administration tasks.
Procurement & Supplies
- Purchase office supplies, name cards, uniforms, and other required materials.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Document & Record Management
- Maintain company files, numbering systems, archiving, and disposal.
- Handle official correspondence and manage corporate seals.
Training & Compliance Support
- Arrange mandatory staff training and maintain training records.
- Support compliance with safety, health, and legal requirements.
IT & System Coordination
- Provide basic IT support including laptop setup and formatting.
- Submit SAP MDM requests and create purchase orders in SAP SRM.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel for employees and visitors.
