Job Responsibility

  • On-site technical preventative and remedial maintenance

  • Maintaining strong organisational and communication skills with customers

  • Trouble shooting electro-mechanical (and related) issues

  • Preparation and installation of new machines

  • Assisting with workshop duties and logistics as required

What we are looking for

  • An enthusiastic, motivated individual, with a "can do" attitude

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and in high pressure situations

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills

  • Technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines

Role requirements

  • You must have a current drivers' license, access to a vehicle and ability to travel to sites in metro New South Wales

  • You will need to be available to work business hours Monday to Friday and on-call after hours on a rotating roster

  • You will be required to undergo a National Police Check

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position

  • Partnered with your technical skills you will also demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. An important element of this role is successfully managing customer expectations as you work to resolve the issues at hand.
  • Our field technicians attend customer sites and also spend time in our workshop, so you will gain valuable experience across all our servicing aspects. Our senior technicians will be there to support your learning and guide you to develop strong skills as you progress in your role.
  • Motor vehicle allowance is provided.
