JOB SUMMARY
- Reports to the Manager, Fulfillment, ensures the personnel on the assigned shift are properly trained and led, and achieve all KPI’s for the Fulfillment areas
JOB DUTIES
- Ensure timely completion of all Fulfillment orders for cards and forms
- Manage all Service Bureau personnel as assigned
- Maintain the training matrix and cross-training schedule to ensure all tasks are properly completed
- Perform job closing tasks and ensure all completed orders are closed each night
- Communicate the department goals and provide updates to team members daily via shift huddle
- Audit logs, forms, and Job Orders to ensure sign-offs and quality checks are properly performed
- Submit recognition nominations for employees who go above and beyond in their work
- Compile daily production and quality reports
- Promote 5S and Lean methodologies
- Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify corrective actions and process improvements
- Escalate to management any service level, quality, or safety risks.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Work performed in a light industrial setting
- Exposure to shop noise
- Required to lift up to 40 lbs
- Regularly required to stand, reach and move about facilities for 8 hours a day
- Physically able to bend, lift, and stand over long periods of time
- Flexibility on schedule (must be able to work overtime and on weekends on an as-needed basis)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred, or 5 years experience in manufacturing in lieu of degree
- At least three (3) years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting
- Experience in a personalization, printing, or mailing environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Above average mechanical knowledge of production equipment
- Above average computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets
- Understanding of general safety requirements
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience preferred
- Logical thought process in problem solving
- Strong people and leadership skills
- Organizational skills a must
The pay range for this position is $72,989 – $80,455 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
