Job Summary:  

Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will serve as a key point of support for our essential employees and managers at G+D. This is a hands-on, full-time on-site role in a manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.  The HR Coordinator will ensure data accuracy in ADP, and help maintain a productive and positive workplace.

 

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving setting, knows how to prioritize without losing sight of the details, and can switch gears when needed. You’ll need to be approachable, dependable, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels. This role is ideal for someone who’s serious about building a long-term career in Human Resources and wants exposure to the core functions that make a strong HR team run.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage employee data in ADP Workforce Now, including job changes, status updates, and personnel actions.
  • Monitor attendance, manage attendance tracking systems, and support the progressive discipline process.
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic employee concerns—answer questions, provide guidance, and escalate as needed.
  • Support managers with HR policy interpretation and process execution.
  • Plan and lead monthly employee engagement activities to strengthen morale and workplace culture.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and internal documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while working across all levels of the organization.
  • Process and route employment perks such as recognition, reimbursement, etc.

Qualifications:    

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role (manufacturing or industrial environment highly preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and shift gears when needed
  • Natural ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of staff
  • Friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented demeanor
  • Passion for HR and a genuine interest in growing your career in the field

 

The pay for this position is $26.44 - $31.25 per hour and is eligible for an annual bonus.
