Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for improving the supply chain efficiency through smart analysis, clear reporting, and real-time problem solving. This role works cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to optimize everything from sourcing and planning to delivery. In this role, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for reviewing sales forecast and analyze the current and future inventory levels to make necessary purchasing recommendations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Investigate process inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to resolve conflicts
- Monitor forecasts and customer orders for unexpected changes; adjust inventory and production plans accordingly using backlog, WIP reports, SAP, and Salesforce
- Reprioritize schedules as needed due to demand shifts, material or labor shortages, or production delays, coordinating with stakeholders and management
- Recommend and manage safety stock levels to meet business and customer requirements
- Support Quality team with vendor-related issues and supply chain discrepancies
- Coordinate third-party processing and external material services
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including lean activities, Kaizen suggestions, and root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis
- Hands-on experience with automated planning systems, inventory control, raw material procurement, and MRP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP and other data functions
- Strong judgment and the ability to interpret and act on written, verbal, visual, or schedule-based instructions

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00 per hour and is eligible for an annual bonus.
