JOB SUMMARY
The Vault Team Member is responsible to maintain an audit trail for every card-manufacturing job and verify the amount of material for each job entering each department at each manufacturing step.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Demonstrates commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality product to conform to company standards and client requirements.
- Establish and maintain audit trail for every card-manufacturing job.
- Verify the amount of material for each job entering into each department at each manufacturing step.
- Compile and verify the amount of spoiled, rejected or set up material for each job used in each step of the manufacturing process.
- Verify the destruction of the rejected material and maintain documentation regarding the destruction of that material.
- Maintain inventory documentation for completed cards waiting for shipment.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed in regards to the audit process.
- Assist the Security Manager to ensure that the audit process is followed carefully.
- Perform related job duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical sequencing skills.
- Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to operate equipment. Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. Requires normal color perception.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work around machinery.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail. Good problem solving skills.
- Able to perform basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimals. Ability to perform data entry operations with accuracy.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
PREFERRED
- Experience in the plastic payment card industry
- Knowledge of PCI standards
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to observe production machinery. Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. Requires normal color perception.
- Requires working on hard floor – standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting and stooping on occasion.
- Must be able to withstand loud noise in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The pay range for this position is $18.00-$22.09 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
