Purpose:
To successfully Drive business growth within a specific geographic region, involving strategies for revenue, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Define a strategy for “Go to market” including solution positioning, market selection, and Business development.
- Tactical sales planning and execution (incl. pre & after-sales),
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals, negotiate contracts, build partnerships
- Lead and Coordination of the full offering between Sales, Presales, Product, Marketing, Support and Controlling
- Manage direct reports of dedicated Presales and Sales FTEs when applicable
- Close alignment with other business units within G+D to ensure duplicate solutions are not invested in.
- Keep abreast of market and competitor developments and trends
Skills & Knowledge:
-
- Business-related degree
- Min. 8 years of solution selling and Business Development experience in B2B context, specifically into the retail banking sector
- Experience in launching financial/payment processing mobile apps into the market
- Experience in “go to market” launch of solutions into new and existing markets
- Demonstrate previous experience in leading a sales team
- Strong skills in English to best convey G+D’s value proposition.
- Understanding of Payment landscape and technologies like 3DS and FIDO
- Ability to deliver compelling messaging of G+D’s value proposition for Authentication to internal stakeholders and customers at all levels within the organization
- Proven ability to work in an international environment
