About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Digital Sales Executive to join our growing Digital Solutions team within Payments.

This is a hands-on, sales role designed for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong

relationships, and developing their expertise in digital payments and fintech solutions.

This role offers a clear growth path — you’ll start with a strong focus on execution and deal delivery,

with the opportunity to progress into more senior or strategic sales responsibilities as the business

continues to scale.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, pitching, and closing digital and payment solutions to new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across the sales lifecycle.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal product, implementation, and support teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
  • Stay across market trends and digital innovations to confidently position solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling sales presentations and proposals.

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development in the payment services having worked for a PSP, scheme or sector leading retailer.
  • Strong local market connections and a track record of smashing sales targets.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, payment eco-systems, and market trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
