Job Summary
Giesecke+Devrient is a globally leading SecurityTech company. We are seeking a structured, people-focused AI Adoption Manager to help employees confidently use AI in their daily work.
This role is responsible for driving AI learning, adoption, and change enablement across the organization, in close collaboration with business, HR, communications, and technology stakeholders.
It combines learning program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption tracking to turn AI capability building into measurable business impact.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, coordination, and rollout of global AI learning and adoption programs for employees across functions, divisions, and regions.
- Work with HR, learning and development, business leaders, IT, and subject matter experts to define practical learning paths for different employee groups.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and continuous improvement of AI training content, workshops, playbooks, and supporting materials.
- Ensure learning content is practical, role-relevant, and grounded in real business workflows, tools, and responsible AI practices.
- Closely collaborate with Communications to manage adoption campaigns, communication activities, launch plans, and engagement initiatives that build awareness and participation.
- Build and support a network of AI champions who can help promote learning, collect feedback, and encourage practical adoption in their teams.
- Track satisfaction and adoption metrics to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain program documentation, status visibility, stakeholder alignment, and reporting needed to keep adoption activities structured and measurable.
- Drive pilots for AI tools together with IT, by prioritizing high-impact use cases with business sponsors; defining adoption objectives; recruiting and enabling pilot cohorts; communications and running structured analytics to capture ROI and success stories for scale-up plans
- Act as a visible influencer and role model, confidently representing and promoting a collective learning culture and AI adoption through internal events, and active participation across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements
Work Experience:
- Seven (7)+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, IT, Change Management, Adoption Management or a similar role in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing or rolling out employee enablement, digital adoption, transformation, or technology learning programs across business functions.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication planning, and execution discipline.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles, role-based training, learning journeys, and practical capability building.
- Ability to translate complex AI and technology topics into clear, accessible, and business-relevant learning experiences.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing training content, workshops, communications, feedback loops, and adoption campaigns.
- Comfortable working with HR, communications, technology, and business teams in international environments to drive coordinated rollout plans.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, track adoption, interpret feedback, and improve programs over time.
- Strong affinity for emerging technologies, with a hands-on, curious mindset that thrives on experimenting, learning, and translating new tools into practical business impact.
- French speaking is an asset.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, Information Systems, or a related field required.
