AI Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Giesecke+Devrient is a globally leading SecurityTech company. We are seeking a highly structured, execution-focused AI Delivery Lead to join G+D’s new AI Hub Montreal.

This role is a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into delivery-ready work and helping initiatives move from discovery through rollout.

It combines business analysis, product ownership, and agile delivery coordination to keep work aligned, structured, and moving toward measurable outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day interface between business stakeholders, process owners, and AI delivery teams for assigned initiatives.
• Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and requirements gathering to understand workflows, pain points, constraints, and target outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, MVP scope, and structured backlog items.
• Own and maintain the backlog for assigned use cases or transformation domains, ensuring priorities reflect business value, feasibility, and risk.
• Facilitate agile delivery ceremonies and coordinate progress across AI engineering, data science, platform, security, and business stakeholders.
• Track blockers, dependencies, scope changes, testing readiness, and rollout activities to keep delivery moving with discipline and transparency.
• Support UAT, feedback collection, adoption readiness, and post-release improvement planning with business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, status visibility, and governance discipline needed for portfolio reviews, decision gates, and auditability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements

Work Experience: 

• Seven (7)+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Scrum / Agile Delivery, Project Delivery, or a similar role in enterprise environments.
• Experience working across both business and technical teams to deliver digital, automation, or AI-related initiatives.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong business analysis, process mapping, requirements engineering, and backlog management skills.
• Hands-on experience with agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to decompose complex workflows into clear, implementable work packages for cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of software delivery, systems integration, APIs, data workflows, and enterprise change delivery.
• Working knowledge of AI or data product development concepts such as evaluation, testing, rollout, and monitoring.
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• French speaking is an asset.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
