In this global leadership role, you will take responsibility for worldwide sales and the strategic development of our Transit & Enterprise (T&E) business.
You will lead an internationally distributed sales team and play a key role in driving sustainable growth and strengthening the business globally.
 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Take global responsibility for sales and account management within the Transit & Enterprise segments.
  • Lead and develop an internationally distributed sales team across multiple countries and continents, both functionally and disciplinarily.
  • Define and implement strategic sales plans, including the development and management of strategic partners.
  • Drive the achievement of agreed revenue and sales targets.
  • Further develop and strengthen the Transit & Enterprise business and actively manage business-critical topics.
  • Coach, develop and support team members to foster strong performance and professional growth.

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Several years of experience in international B2B sales and/or key account management.
  • Proven leadership experience with internationally distributed teams.
  • Experience in the Transit & Enterprise business or related industries is an advantage.
  • A strong track record in strategic sales planning and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Fluent English combined with strong communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • High willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence.
