Your responsibilities

Contribute to strategic product marketing activities as part of the innovation and business development network within the business unit, including customer segmentation, product positioning, value proposition design, competitive analysis, go‑to‑market strategy development, and customer persona definition.
- Take full ownership and a global lead role in defining and executing product marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives for selected business domains, fully aligned with the G+D brand.
- Create and align product collaterals and sales assets.
- Produce high‑quality posts, articles, case studies, and other marketing content—leveraging AI/LLM tools to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Develop global messaging frameworks and campaign toolkits for effective localization across markets.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications on PR, LinkedIn, and media initiatives to ensure consistent global messaging and brand positioning.
- Design and coordinate global customer events (e.g., webinars, in‑house events, selected industry conferences) and support regional implementation.
- Work in close alignment with local marketing teams, sales heads, and global portfolio stakeholders, proactively engaging with business units and partner companies across the G+D Group.
- Mentor and enable local Sales teams in effectively leveraging LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Hold direct marketing responsibility and coordination for the Central Europe & UK region.
- Monitor global market and competitor developments, identifying trends relevant to G+D’s market positioning.
- Operate as an individual contributor/expert (no direct line management responsibility), collaborating intensively across internal marketing, portfolio, and sales teams.
- Engage with external organizations such as industry associations, media partners, partner companies, and external marketing agencies, both locally and globally through G+D HQ.
Your qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B context, enriched by Content Marketing, Social Media management and Digital Marketing experience;
- Alternatively, for exceptional candidates, also relevant Sales or Business Development experience could be considered,
- Experience gained in retail banking/retail payments//fintech industry is a strong benefit;
- Professional level of English in writing, oral communication and presentations.
- Strong LinkedIn experience and LinkedIn profile, personal engagement and passion are a must;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in using AI (LLM) tools for content generation and analysis.
- Ability to co-ordinate and drive projects across multiple teams and geographies,
- Abilty to deliver compelling messaging of G+D’s value proposition to internal teams and customers,
- Proven ability to work in an international environment.
