Working Student (m/f/d) Customer Success & Customer Support

We are currently looking for a working student/intern (m/f/d) for our Customer Success & Business Strategy department at our Unterschleißheim IOTS location.

Your tasks:

• Reporting & Analytics
• Customer Order Management
• RMA & After-Sales Administration
• Inventory & Asset Management
• CRM & Master Data Maintenance
• Logistics Coordination
• Administrative & Operational Support

Your qualifications:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) majoring in Business or a related field
• You must remain enrolled for at least 12 months
• Proficiency in all standard MS Office programs
• A careful and reliable work ethic
• Fluency in German is a must, along with good written and spoken English
