Customer Project Manager

Your responsibilities
Customer & Project Management
Lead end-to-end customer projects (quality, security, timeline, budget).
Translate customer requirements into aligned project designs and specifications.
Build and manage project plans, track milestones, and ensure approvals (including Go Live sign-off).
Communicate timelines and progress clearly, managing expectations and risks proactively.
Coordinate resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Cross-functional collaboration
Act as the main interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, Product Integration).
Advise customers on the optimal use of the G+D ePayments portfolio.
Support customer meetings, presentations, and key project discussions.
Technical expertise & improvement
Develop strong knowledge of assigned products/technologies.
Contribute feedback to product improvements and roadmap evolution.
Promote quality, security, and continuous improvement practices.

Your profile
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
2+ years in project/product management or 5+ years in development/testing in related environments.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong customer focus, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
