Senior SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) with strong knowledge and experience in the SAP HCM module, for the worldwide Giesecke+Devrient Group. The position provides the opportunity to work within the Regional Center Spain with an international team of SAP process and application experts. The role is an essential part of our initiative to enlarge our SAP team and further enhance and strengthen our partnership with our users. By doing that, we want to ensure that business will find a strong partner on our side, being trusted in supporting the daily business, following their growth and bringing the outside in, by offering them new perspectives and solutions. Besides handling the requests coming from the users, the position also requires participating in SAP projects and SAP rollouts on a global scale. Due to our fast-changing business environment, flexibility is key to success.

Your responsibilities

·  Responsibility for technical design, implementation, and management of change requests in SAP HCM, with a focus on German payroll (optional: time management)

·  Close collaboration with key users and business departments: consulting, including evaluation of business requirements and test support

·  Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes

·  Processing of support tickets (2nd/3rd level) in the areas of payroll and international mini master data

·  Participation in HR IT projects, with the option to take on sub-project management

·  Support in further developing our SAP HCM system landscape, including interfaces

Your profile

·  Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

·  Completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification

·  Many years of experience in human resources, ideally as an HR IT consultant

·  In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA/OM, PY, and/or PT

·  Extensive customizing experience in the mentioned modules, especially in maintaining rules and schemas

·  Ideally, knowledge of ABAP development and support of SAP HCM interfaces

·  Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus

·  Open, structured, and results-oriented working style, along with strong team skills
