At G+D, we're looking for a Level 1 Operations Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) in El Prat de Llobregat and help ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical services for customers around the world.

What will you do?

Act as the first point of contact (Service Desk) for technical support to global customers.

Monitor systems and infrastructure using dashboards and supervision tools to detect incidents in real time.

Create, resolve, and escalate tickets (incidents/requests/problems) via ServiceNow, in accordance with SLAs.

Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the incident lifecycle.

Support user and access management, and coordinate scheduled maintenance windows.

Assist with technical tasks such as data import and system checks in Linux environments.

Work closely with other technical teams to ensure fast issue resolution and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for?

Customer-focused mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent English and French (spoken and written) – will be assessed during the interview.

Previous experience in Help Desk or Service Desk environments.

Familiar with monitoring tools and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Basic understanding of Linux systems and command-line operations.

Problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts (24/7 coverage).
