Sales Partner Manager / Compliance

Your responsibilities:

  • guarding the sales partner management process as part of Veridos Compliance team
  • monitor compliance with Veridos Group policies and regulations for sales partner management
  • conducting of sales partner compliance check (business partner due diligence)
  • advise management, executives and employees of the Veridos Group on sales partner issues worldwide
  • coordination with relevant stakeholders on sales partner topics
  • preparation, documentation and management of sales partner contracts
  • verification of payments to sales partners

 

Your profile:

  • completed studies of law or business administration or equal studies with focus on sales or contract compliance
  • at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sales and/or contract compliance management
  • high customer orientation, convincing appearance and very good recipient-oriented communication skills
  • high intercultural competence and interest in working in international teams
  • independent, goal-oriented thinking and acting
  • high problem-solving and implementation skills
  • project expertise in dealing with different stakeholders of projects
  • very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French desirable
  • experience in process optimization
