Sales Partner Manager / Compliance

Your responsibilities:

guarding the sales partner management process as part of Veridos Compliance team
monitor compliance with Veridos Group policies and regulations for sales partner management
conducting of sales partner compliance check (business partner due diligence)
advise management, executives and employees of the Veridos Group on sales partner issues worldwide
coordination with relevant stakeholders on sales partner topics
preparation, documentation and management of sales partner contracts
verification of payments to sales partners

Your profile:

completed studies of law or business administration or equal studies with focus on sales or contract compliance
at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sales and/or contract compliance management
high customer orientation, convincing appearance and very good recipient-oriented communication skills
high intercultural competence and interest in working in international teams
independent, goal-oriented thinking and acting
high problem-solving and implementation skills
project expertise in dealing with different stakeholders of projects
very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French desirable
experience in process optimization
