For our department "Solution Management" we are looking for a

Technical Manager Software (m/f/d)

as a full-time role in either Munich or Berlin.

Key responsibilities:

Planning, management and implementation of our products and tools as well as those of suppliers in specific customer solutions
Specification of software deliveries from external and internal partners
Control and monitoring of development progress
Release and test coordination with internal and external partners
Creation and review of technical documentation: (functional spec, technical spec)
Control of acceptance and commissioning by project and local teams
Leadership for national and international project teams (including suppliers)
Phase-related technical project planning
Planning and monitoring of tests and milestones (early acceptance tests (EAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), factory acceptance tests (FAT))
Preparation of technical project reporting for the project manager and the steering committee

Required skills and experience:

Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualification
experience in administration, design, development and implementation of systems including the definition of core functions, networks and telecommunications
analytical problem solving skills
Confident manner towards customers
Knowledge of project management
Very good written and spoken English and German
Very good knowledge in design and architecture of software infrastructure such as
- software and test specification
- software integration and release planning
High level of service orientation and excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel for assignments abroad
