In our Business Line  Identification-Document-Management-Systems we are looking for a 


Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) 


at the earliest possible date at our location in Munich.


As a Technical Project Manager you are part of the technical team for the delivery of product solutions from the Business Line product portfolio. You work together with integration specialists, product management and software development to efficiently and purposefully implement the customer-specific requirements, which are handed over to the delivery organisation after configuration and integration.


Your tasks:

  • Operational planning and control of the business line functions to implement the project requirements, in close coordination with the customer organisation in the matrix.
  • Project analysis to define functional and non-functional adaptation and enhancement requirements of the standardised products based on detailed knowledge and application understanding of the product portfolio.
  • Takeover of the customer-specific developments from the software development department
  • Leading the product configuration and solution integration, as well as preparing and executing the delivery to the customer project organisation as part of a team
  • Supporting the proposal phase with technical input and effort, time and cost estimates for proposal preparation
  • Evaluation and control of change requests and support of the customer-specific solution during the service phase
  • Supplier control and possibly end customer contact


Your profile:


  • Completed studies in computer science with 3 years of professional experience in the field of software development and the product life cycle.
  • Additional qualification in project management under PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA and/or in combination with agile methods
  • Experience in the implementation of various projects Projects of different technologies in a leading function, e.g. cloud, web, or client-server applications
  • Analytical skills of IT infrastructure architecture in relation to product and application solutions
  • Problem-solving skills to grasp complex issues and express or summarise them in an understandable way
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies:
    • Authorisation management
    • Cloud technology
    • Container technology
    • Data exchange formats
    • Relational databases
    • CI/CD
    • Software management
    • System administration
    • Workflow Engine
    • Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools
  • Work indepentendly, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
  • Team player in international and multicultural competence teams
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English. Preferably with 2nd foreign language.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide for up to 20% of the time
  • Willingness for continuous development and interest in new SW technologies, IT topics and management approaches
