Primarily focused on hardware development, we design and manufacture ID readers that our value-added partners integrate into their software solutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Jr. Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing programs for PC or embedded systems that enable E-Seek devices to interface with PCs and support application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background in languages like C, C++, .NET, and C#, with experience in image processing and SDK development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SDKs and demo application software for image capturing devices.
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to test and debug products.
• Provide applications for testing and calibrating devices to support factory production.
• Work closely with customers integrating E-Seek products into their software solutions.
• Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of existing products.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support project and product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Vision algorithms and their applications.
• Proficiency in C/C++, C# (.NET) programming languages.
• Experience with Linux development
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative engineering team to test and debug products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience with Visual Studio for Windows application development.
• Knowledge of code management and release management processes.
• Experience with cameras, image processing, RFID, USB, and TCP/IP communication.
