E‑Seek, Inc. a leader in ID authentication hardware and secure document verification technologies is looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager who will run day‑to‑day warehouse operations while building scalable logistics infrastructure to support our next phase of growth.

This role combines operational execution (packing, shipping, receiving) with strategic logistics management, inventory control, and continuous process improvement. As E‑Seek expands its footprint we need someone who can ensure operational readiness for increasing complexity and international distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environment and enjoys both rolling up their sleeves and designing the systems of tomorrow.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-On Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee and execute daily warehouse activities, including receiving shipments, picking and packing finished devices, labeling, staging, and dispatching shipments.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and component tracking for device assembly.
  • Monitor daily/monthly stock level including cycle counts and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts while avoiding excess inventory.
  • Conduct annual warehouse inventory audit based on KPMG guideline.
  • Assist any variances investigation between physical counts and EPS data to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare shipments according to customer, distributor, and government agency requirements.
  • Operate standard warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

2. Shipping & Receiving (Domestic and International)

  • Manage order fulfillment for U.S. and international customers, distributors, and OEM partners.
  • Support coordination of inbound deliveries from suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Inspect Inbound Freight to verify the quantity and quality of incoming goods
  • Assist delivery claim process with freight carriers (inbound/outbound).
  • Record by entering shipping and receiving data into ERP software
  • Prepare and manage required paperwork, incl. packing lists, and other export documentation.
  • Work closely with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight forwarders) to optimize pickup schedules, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Resolve shipping exceptions or delays quickly and professionally.

3. Logistics & Supply Chain Planning

  • Plan, schedule, and track domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support supplier logistics in cooperation with HQ Operations for replenishment, forecasting, and lead-time management.
  • Monitor transportation KPIs and maintain full visibility over shipments.

4. Process Optimization & Systems Development

  • Analyze and continuously improve warehouse workflows, storage layout, order handling, and packaging efficiency.
  • Introduce scalable processes and SOPs to support increasing business volumes and product portfolio expansion.
  • Recommend and implement digital tools (e.g., barcoding, inventory management software, WMS upgrades) to increase accuracy and throughput.
  • Set up quality gates and checks to ensure outbound shipments meet E‑Seek’s standards.

5. Preparing E‑Seek for Growth & Global Expansion

  • Design warehouse and logistics capabilities suitable for expanding into new regions.
  • Prepare operations to support new business models.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to ensure end-to-end alignment.

6. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. safety regulations, export rules, and E‑Seek’s quality standards.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation: SOPs, policies, work instructions, and logistics KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with international shipping procedures and export documentation.
  • Strong organizational and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems (experience with SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a multinational, growth-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift packages and manage physical warehouse tasks using ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a scaling company or startup-like environment.
  • Experience in hardware manufacturing, electronics assembly, or device distribution.
  • Knowledge of customs, import/export regulations, and international logistics.
