We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, including network, server, and storage management, as well as experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies. The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and leading a team of IT professionals. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure best practices. The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that our IT systems support the organization's overall goals. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, developing, and implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing IT projects, and ensuring that our IT infrastructure is aligned with the latest technological advancements. Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure.

  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

  • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems.

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

  • Oversee IT projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Monitor and optimize system performance.

  • Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget.

  • Coordinate with other departments to support organizational goals.

  • Implement and manage cloud services and virtualization technologies.

  • Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.

  • Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.

  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team.


Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with IT team member management.

  • Strong knowledge of network, server, and storage management.

  • Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with IT project management.

  • Knowledge of IT security best practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience with IT compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure monitoring and management tools.

  • Ability to develop and manage budgets.

  • Strong vendor management skills.

  • Some travel required (25%)
