ST+S Data Center Technical Leader

Mision and Main functions:

The Data Center Technical Leader tasks include developing and defining strategies for architecture, service development, service portfolio and DevOps, ensuring requirements are formulated and documented, as well as ensuring the creation of a blueprint. The Data Center Technical Leader shall oversee the whole infrastructure process for service delivery as per SLA committed.

 

  • Global end-to-end service design and architecture
  • Cost control, OPEX planning and budget, investment requirements.
  • Develop and ensure end-to-end architecture including functional and non-functional requirements, specification and documentation of end-to-end solution
  • Ensure service design and requirements of new services, including definition of service design considering compliance and information security requirements and improvements of the service.
  • Ensure service deployment, including installation, acceptance, monitoring of events, SLAs and DR, as well as automation
  • Global end-to-end service design and architecture

  • Ensure service deployment, including installation, acceptance, monitoring of events, SLAs and DR, as well as automation
  • Ensure selection of third party software and hardware, including best practice selection of databases, HSM, software, operating systems and open source
  • Other tasks related to the position
     

Skills:

  • University degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Advanced technical skillset in the Service Design and Architecture area
  • Service Lifecycle Management knowledge, SLAs, deployment scenarios - Product Lifecycle Management - Market trends (e.g. XaaS, Cloud, Virtualization, Digitalization) - IT and solution architecture
  • Experience managing local and global projects.
  •  Experience applying procedures following ITIL methodologies.
  • Experience from having technical leadership roles
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
